Liam Payne – $10.75 Million

If you are from this generation, then you know Liam Payne as he was a member of the famous boy band One Direction. Before the band, he gained attention when he auditioned for The X-Factor Britain back in 2008. Although 1D is no longer in play, Payne has made a pretty good name for himself as a solo artist, with his biggest hit to date being Strip That Down.

In mid-2020, Payne decided to put his mansion in Calabasas for sale with an asking price of $10.75 million. With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms—all spanning over 9,659 square feet, the house was occupied by a tenant for $100K pre-sale.
