Regis Philbin – $3 Million

Regis Philbin enjoyed being a famous TV personality for many years, but a lot of you surely remember him for his time as the host of Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee. He formerly owned a home in Greenwich, Connecticut, that spent a long time on the market.

It’s a four-bedroom estate that’s about 5,919 square feet. Philbin was initially asking for $5.9 million when he first placed it on the market, but he later had several price cuts. The home finally got sold in 2012 for $3 million. Philbin is currently enjoying his retirement, but he will appear in the upcoming King of Cool documentary.
