Less than a decade into their marriage, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill decided to buy their own island. They purchased L’île d’Agnes in the Bahamas, in 2003, and soon enough, they started constructing this beautiful estate. It took eight years to build, as they had to find a way for them to have electricity and running water.

Today, they even have a private deck. The property is so majestic that it was featured on Architectural Digest in 2017. Given the length of their works, it’s tough to estimate its value. However, given Tim’s $165-million fortune, it certainly cost them a lot! In 2020, he released Here on Earth.
