Kaley Cuoco – $3.95 Million

It seems as though actress, Kaley Cuoco was eager to sell her Tarzana house, as she did so at a price smaller than what she had acquired it in the first place. Kaley bought this 0.75-acre property in 2014, for $5.499 million, and she let it go in 2020 in exchange for $3.95 million.

The house is worth every penny. It has an interior of 8,000 square feet, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, while also having two stories, a swimming pool, and a spa. In 2020, Kaley splashed out $11.75-million with her husband, Karl Cook, buying a new house in Hollywood Hills. Kaley is set to appear in the upcoming The Man from Toronto and The Flight Attendant.
