Ray Parlour – Essex, £1.5 Million

Devoted Arsenal fans would surely remember Ray Parlour for his fantastic contribution to the team’s winning matches during the 1998 football season. Thanks to their triumphs on the field, Parlour accumulated a sizeable wealth that helped him purchase a quaint home in Essex, which came priced at about £1.5 million.

The cottage became Parlour’s love nest for several years as he shared it with his wife Karen up until they went their separate ways in 2001. Unfortunately, the star player had to move out of the property since part of their divorce settlement was to award the six-bedroom residence to his former beloved.
