HEATHER NEEL – WIFE OF DEREK CARR

You may know Heather Neel in the HBO documentary Hard Knocks, but you will commonly see her on Derek Carr’s Instagram. Heather used to be a cheerleader at Fresno Christian High School before she enrolled in Fresno State. After college, she worked at BJ’s Brewhouse, where she met Derek. Little did she know that she will be meeting the love of her life there. In a report, Heather recalled the pickup line Derek use on her to get her attention when they first met in 2009.

The Las Vegas Raiders quarterback asked her why she was only wearing one diamond earring when, in fact, she was wearing a pair. Heather quickly checked her earrings then she instantly knew that Carr was giving him the moves. She then told him that his pickup line worked on her, and the rest was history. Credits to that funny pickup line, they tied the knot in 2012 and now have three children.
