JULIE ERTZ – WIFE OF ZACH ERTZ

Julie Ertz is another unordinary girlfriend of a sports superstar. She is also a soccer player for the Chicago Red Stars of the National Women’s Soccer League as well as the US women’s national soccer team. After her appearance for the United States national team against an international friendly game with Scotland in 2013, her career in soccer sored high. Ertz then made around 100 total appearances playing for the team. In 2017, she then moved to center midfield for club and country and was awarded as the U.S. Soccer Female Player of the Year.

They met when they were still in college at Stanford University and began dating in 2016. The couple went back to Klein Field at Sunken Diamond, where they first met to watch a baseball game. Here, Zach went down on his one knee and proposed his love for Julie. The two share the happy news on Instagram and credit themselves as the best of friends. They officially tied the knot in 2017.
