Roseanne Barr is best known for her work as a comedian. But aside from that, the 67-year-old Hollywood staple is also an actress, a politician, a writer, a television producer, and a director. This simply says that Barr made this big by being a multi-career person. She appeared in the TV sitcom Roseanne, earning her an Emmy and a Golden Globe. She first appeared on the hit late-night show The Tonight Show as a stand-up comedian, then performed specials on The David Letterman Show.

This opens her career to multi-verse, thus making her big right now. Barr has made many real estate investments, which is a smart move for her as real estate is considered a good investment. It was reported that during her marriage with fellow comedian Tom Arnold, they constructed a 28,000 square-foot mansion in Southwest Iowa.
