According to reports, properties here usually cost $400 to $600 per square foot, while Carrie’s was only $205 per square foot—just half the price! No wonder it was quickly sold.

The new owner is a lucky one for putting his or her investment money into this. Besides being located in Brentwood, it boasts 7,000 square feet of living space with four beds, four full baths, two half baths, a wet bar, a fitness center, and a tennis court.
