BARBARA WALTERS – 90

Barbara Walters appeared on various news magazine shows as a capable journalist, author, producer, and television personality. She began as a writer and researcher for “The Today Show,” slowly building up her reputation as “Today Girl.” She later became the show’s female host in 1974. After pouring in much effort, time, and energy, Waters’ investments paid off, making her one of the industry’s premier hosts. In 1996, she was one of the “TV Guide” “50 Greatest TV Stars of All Time”.

She also claimed a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Science for her 60 years of service. Now that is a career worth remembering. For all of those years that she has been working harder than anyone, she should have made enough money and investments to last her whole life. Now, she is content and living her life as happily as she could.
