KYM KARATH – 62

Kym Karath appeared in the iconic movie musical The Sound of Music as Gretl, the youngest of the Von Trapp siblings. She was very young back then, but she was already earning an income for herself. Karath also retired early from acting to focus more on her college studies. This move was probably a wise one on her part as she earned a degree in Humanities at the University of Southern California. After graduating, she moved to France to further study art history.

During her stay in Paris, she took small modeling gigs that helped her build some retirement funds for the future. She went back to acting in the same year as her separation from her former husband. We’re pretty sure Karath employed a financial consultant to help her out in organizing her assets and liabilities as well as advise her of the necessary projects financed by her savings.
