Kate Bush is a known British singer, songwriter, and record producer. At the tender age of 19, she already topped the U.K. Singles Chart for one month with her debut song, “Wuthering Heights”. She became the first female artist that achieved a U.K. number one with a self-written song.

Since then, she has released 25 U.K. Top 40 songs. All of her ten studio albums also reached the U.K. Top 10. With these feats, she became the first British solo female artist to top the United Kingdom album charts and was the first female artist to be on the number one spot on the album chart list. There’s a lot of awards and credits on her list, including numerous nominations like the 13 British Phonographic Industry, Grammy Awards, and 2018 Rock and Roll Fame. Her last album was in 2011 and entitled 50 Words for Snow, with seven songs set against a background of falling snow.
