Michael Andrew Fox, professionally known as Michael J. Fox, is one of Hollywood’s most celebrated actors. He started his acting career in the 1970s and is mostly known for his role as Marty McFly in the iconic Back to The Future trilogy. Michael dominated during the 1980s until the early 2000s and appeared on Family Ties and Spin City. He has also won several accolades from the most prestigious award-giving bodies.
He also put some investment into writing, releasing a total of four books. In 2000, he was inducted into Canada’s Walk of Fame and appointed as the Officer of the Order in 2010. Fox had Parkinson’s disease in 1991. After learning his diagnosis, the actor immediately went to work and founded the Michael J. Fox Foundation to fight against Parkinson’s and help find a cure for it. He is still active in entertainment today and has even appeared on the fourth season of The Good Fight.
